? Locations: Multiple locations across Haryana & Punjab.
Haryana (Karnal,Kurukshetra,kaithal,Panipath,Palwal,Sirsa)
Punjab (Amritsar.Jalandhar,Ludhiana.Monga,Rajpura,Abohar)
? Key Responsibilities• Develop and manage a designated agricultural cluster
- Drive sales & market development of biological agri-inputs
- Build strong relationships with farmers, retailers & wholesalers
- Generate demand through farmer meetings, field demonstrations & crop programs
- Identify high-potential villages, farmers and channel partners
- Lead cluster-level business planning and achieve sales targets
- Develop and support a strong network of local field teams

? Candidate Profile•BSc Ag/MSc Ag Educational background is must to meet job requirment.
•Minimum 5-7 years of Experience in Agri-input / Biologicals / Crop Protection / Crop Nutrition / Fertilizer sales Biological Candidate will be prefered.
- Strong understanding of local agriculture and farmer networks
- Good communication, negotiation & team-handling skills
- Result-oriented and passionate about field sales & market development
- Candidates with strong local market knowledge will be preferred
