Role Description This full-time, on-site Cloud Engineer role is based in Chandigarh, India.

The Cloud

Engineer will design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support CoderRoots’ software solutions built on AI, machine learning, IoT, and blockchain. Day-to-day responsibilities include provisioning and configuring cloud resources, optimizing performance and scalability, managing security and access controls, and monitoring system health. The role also involves collaborating with software developers to deploy applications, automate CI/CD pipelines, and ensure reliable integration of services and databases.

The Cloud

Engineer will participate in troubleshooting, incident response,



and continuous improvement of cloud architecture and operational practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Software Development skills, including experience with at least one modern programming language and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
- Candidates should possess solid Infrastructure skills, such as networking fundamentals, system administration, and automation using tools like Terraform or similar.
- Candidates should possess practical Cloud Computing skills, including hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native services.
- Candidates should possess proficient Linux skills, including shell scripting, process management, and system configuration in production environments.
- Candidates should possess Databases skills, including experience with relational or NoSQL databases and performance optimization in cloud environments.
- Relevant skills and qualifications include knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), security best practices, monitoring and logging tools, and version control (Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and solve problems in a rapid-paced environment.
