Role & responsibilities

- Sales &
- Revenue Generation:

Drive life insurance penetration and meet overall premium and revenue targets across the assigned circle.

- Partner Management: Build and nurture relationships with Banking Partners, Circle Heads, and Branch Managers to maximize channel activation. [1, 2]

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a large sales hierarchy, including Cluster Managers, Area Managers, and Relationship Managers.

- Strategy &

- Campaigns:

Design and execute regional sales promotions, customer engagement activities, and Rewards &
- Recognition (R&R;) programs.

- Compliance &

- Training:

Ensure the Bancassurance team maintains high operational compliance and conducts regular product training for bank staff

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: Typically 8 to 15+ years in the Life Insurance industry, specifically within Bancassurance and Banking Alliances.

- Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline
- Post-graduate degree (MBA/PGDM) or certifications are preferred.

- Skills: Solid expertise in Open Architecture partnerships, strategic bank collaboration, and large-scale team management.
