Role Description The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical studies evaluating Savatronic’s rehabilitation and therapeutic technologies, including NeuroGlow. This is a full-time, in office role based in Sonipat, where the CRA will coordinate with clinicians, therapists, and researchers to implement study protocols, recruit and consent participants, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.



Day-to-day responsibilities include data collection, documentation, and quality control, as well as maintaining study records, case report forms, and adverse event logs.

The CRA will assist in designing assessment tools, performing data entry and preliminary analysis, and preparing study reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners. The role also involves supporting training activities for clinical sites, contributing to research publications, and providing feedback to product and engineering teams based on clinical findings and user experience.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in clinical research methodology, including protocol implementation, participant recruitment, informed consent, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Experience with data collection, data entry, and basic statistical analysis using tools such as Excel, SPSS, or similar software.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and rehabilitation or neuro-rehabilitation concepts; exposure to autism, developmental disorders, or assistive technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, prepare case report forms, and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance in clinical and research settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clinicians, therapists, caregivers, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to managing multiple studies or tasks.
- Comfort with technology-driven healthcare solutions; familiarity with AI-based tools, embedded systems, or therapeutic gaming
