? Experience: 1- 2 years

? Employment Type: Full-Time, In office

? Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build lasting relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively across teams.
- Provide regular project updates and proactively resolve client queries.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication records.




- Ensure high client satisfaction through excellent service and timely support.

✅ What We're Looking For

✔ 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management .

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Strong coordination, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

✔ Basic understanding of digital marketing or advertising is an added advantage.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

✔ Experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory
