A Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing students/clients. The role involves understanding their career or training requirements, explaining relevant IT courses, following up with leads, supporting enrollment, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the training journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries from prospective students through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and training requirements.

- Explain software training programs, course content, duration, fees, schedules, and career opportunities.

- Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into enrollments.

- Maintain regular communication with existing students and address their queries.

- Coordinate with trainers, academic teams, and management to resolve student concerns.

- Support promotional activities, seminars, webinars, workshops, and other student-engagement initiatives.

- Meet individual and team targets related to lead conversion and student enrollment.





- Build long-term relationships with students and encourage referrals and repeat business.

- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, follow-ups, and customer status.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree.

- Freshers can also be considered if they have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

- 0–2 years: Suitable for entry-level positions.

Pay: ₹9,693.60 - ₹31,690.74 per month
