Crown – The Hair Transplant Experts is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Client coordinator to oversee the smooth functioning of our clinic. This role is ideal for an individual with solid leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
The Client coordinator will be responsible for calling prospective patients, following up on enquiries, counselling patients regarding available treatments, and ensuring timely conversion of leads while delivering an outstanding patient experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic clinic management. The ability to multitask, lead a team,
maintain operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism is essential.
