We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Clearing & Settlement Associate to manage trade settlement activities, reconciliations, and exception handling. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and practical knowledge of equity settlement processes.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in clearing & settlement, trade operations, or middle-office roles.

- Hands-on experience with equity settlement cycles, including T+1/T+2.

- Experience working with brokers, custodians, clearing corporations, or stock exchanges.

- Knowledge of trade reconciliation, settlement breaks, and exception resolution.

- Familiarity with NSE/BSE settlement processes is preferred.

- Understanding of equity, ETF, and cryptocurrency trade operations is an advantage.

Key Skills Required

- Strong understanding of the complete trade lifecycle.

- Knowledge of clearing and settlement procedures.

- Expertise in reconciliation and settlement break resolution.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Awareness of applicable regulatory requirements and NISM guidelines.





- Solid attention to detail and process discipline.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Execute, process, and monitor equity, ETF, and cryptocurrency trades, as applicable to the business.

- Coordinate with brokers, custodians, exchanges, and clearing corporations to ensure timely settlement.

- Reconcile trades, positions, cash balances, and funds.

- Monitor settlement cycles and proactively resolve settlement exceptions and breaks.

- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and NISM-related guidelines.

- Maintain accurate, timely, and audit-ready records, reports, and settlement documentation.

- Support daily MIS reporting and operational process improvements.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth trade settlement operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
