Responsibilities:

- Call leads provided by the company.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Follow up consistently until conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead records and next steps in the CRM.
- Work towards individual and team targets.

Requirements:

- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Sales experience in any industry is an advantage.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling.
- Basic computer skills.
