Position Details
- Position: Healthcare RCM Authorization / Claims Adjudication
- Experience: 1+ Year / Freshers
- Eligibility for Expereinced: 1 year hands on in Claims Adjudication
- Eligibility for Freshers: B.Pharm / D.Pharm only
- Work Profile: 20% Calling & 80% Non-Voice
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
- Shift: Night Shift
- Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM OR 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Cab Facility: Pick-up & Drop facility provided
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities As a Healthcare RCM Executive – Authorization / Claims, you will be responsible for:
- Handling Claims Adjudication / Authorization processes.
- Reviewing and processing medical records and authorization requests.
- Performing provider office calling and coordinating for required information.
- Maintaining accurate records as per process guidelines.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
- Ensuring compliance with process and quality standards.
- Supporting smooth day-to-day RCM operations.
- Managing documentation and other non-voice activities with accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Claims Adjudication with valuable process knowledge.
- Freshers with B.Pharm / D.Pharm can also apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Utilization Management / Authorization along with calling experience are preferred.
- Good knowledge of Authorization and Medical Records.
- Strong verbal communication skills for interaction with provider offices.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Flexible to work Monday to Friday.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
- Work From Office is mandatory.
