We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Site Supervisor to support the execution of construction and interior projects across Bangalore. The selected candidate will coordinate site workers and contractors, monitor daily progress, maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise daily construction and interior activities at assigned project sites.

- Plan and allocate daily tasks to carpenters, electricians, painters, civil workers, plumbers and other site teams.

- Monitor work progress against project schedules and highlight delays or site-level issues.

- Read and understand basic civil/interior drawings, layouts, measurements and work specifications.

- Check workmanship, dimensions, finishing and material usage to maintain required quality standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, workers and the project team for smooth execution.

- Take site measurements and maintain daily work/progress records.





- Track material requirements, receipt, storage, consumption and avoid unnecessary wastage.

- Ensure basic site safety, housekeeping and discipline are maintained.

- Share daily site updates, progress photographs and requirements with the management/project team.

- Assist with client coordination, inspections, snag rectification and handover activities when required.

- Support timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining quality and cost awareness

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
