Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site execution, daily operations, and structural works for road construction, hydro, or government civil infrastructure projects.
- Supervise sub-contractors, site labor, and heavy machinery deployment to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Perform quality checks, material testing, and strict compliance with safety protocols and engineering standards.
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and coordinate directly with senior engineers and government inspectors (HPPWD/PMGSY).
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven field execution experience in HPPWD, PMGSY, hydro, or road infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of site measurements, drawing reading, and execution standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
