- Manage and supervise end-to-end civil project execution
- Handle RCC works including foundations, columns, beams and slabs
- Monitor site progress, quality and project timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and site teams
- Resolve execution and technical issues at site
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Maintain site records, progress reports and project documentation
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 14+ years of relevant Civil Project Execution experience
- Robust hands-on experience in RCC projects
- Mandatory experience in Real Estate / Building Construction
- Pure Civil Engineering execution background required
- Candidates must be currently based in Mumbai
- Maximum preferred travel distance: approximately 1 hour from BKC
- Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 1520 days notice preferred
