1. Drawings & Design Documentation

Prepare/review:

As-built drawings

Review engineering drawings received from consultants, vendors and contractors.

Ensure drawings are technically correct and coordinated with other disciplines.

Maintain drawing revisions and engineering documentation.

1. Site Execution & Project Coordination





Supervise and monitor civil and structural work at project sites. Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, consultants and vendors.

Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.

Monitor foundation, RCC, structural steel erection and associated works.

Inspect structural fabrication, erection, welding, bolting and alignment activities.

Check levels, dimensions, anchor bolt positions and structural alignment.

Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

1. Estimation & Cost Control

Prepare quantity estimates and BOQs for civil and structural works. Review contractor quotations and technical offers.

Support material planning and procurement requirements.

Verify contractor measurements and work completion.

Monitor material consumption and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

1. Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure civil and structural works comply with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate inspection and testing of construction materials.

Ensure proper quality of concrete, reinforcement, structural steel, welding and bolting.

Ensure protected working practices during construction and structural erection.

Coordinate with HSE teams for site safety requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, project specifications and statutory requirements.
