Civil Engineer (Highways Bridges Design)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and drafting of bridge and highway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit, along with the ability to prepare, review, and modify detailed civil engineering drawings based on client specifications and reference documents. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of delivering high-quality engineering documentation while ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, revise, and maintain civil engineering drawings for bridge, highway, and transportation infrastructure projects.

- Develop detailed plans, profiles, cross-sections, and construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit.

- Review and interpret client-provided reference drawings, specifications, and design requirements.

- Modify and update drawings based on engineering feedback, project changes, and client comments.

- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and design teams to ensure accurate and timely project deliverables.

- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable standards, codes, and project-specific requirements.

- Conduct quality checks on drawings and documentation prior to submission.

- Support design development, drafting standards maintenance,



and project documentation processes.

- Assist in resolving technical drafting and design-related issues during project execution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering drafting and design.

- Proven experience working on bridge and highway projects.

- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit.

- Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles, transportation infrastructure, and construction documentation.

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with international standards and client requirements.

- Knowledge of BIM workflows and collaborative design environments.

- Familiarity with transportation agency standards and infrastructure design practices.
