Role Description The Civil Engineer — Apartment Projects role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing civil engineering aspects of apartment projects, including design review, planning, and coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities include supervising site execution, ensuring structural integrity and quality standards, and monitoring project timelines and budgets.

The Civil

Engineer will manage stormwater and drainage systems, compliance with local building codes and safety regulations, and preparation of technical reports and documentation. The role also involves resolving on-site technical issues, optimizing construction methods,



and supporting sustainable and cost-effective engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with practical experience in residential or apartment projects.
- Capability in project Planning and coordination, including scheduling, resource management, and site supervision.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and drainage design, including compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Professional experience as Civil Engineers on construction sites, with familiarity in working with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; relevant certifications in structural or project management are an advantage.
- Proficiency with engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, Revit or equivalent) and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and site teams in a fast-paced environment.
