DOP / Director of Photography

Role Description

Stars N Stripes is looking for an experienced, hands-on DOP to join our in-house production team in Malad. The role will involve working across retainer clients, daily BAU content, social-first shoots, branded content and larger-scale campaigns.

We are looking for someone who can move comfortably between a quick short-form shoot with a lean setup and a high-production campaign with a larger crew.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end cinematography for social, branded and campaign content.
- Plan and execute camera, lens, lighting, framing and composition.
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Directors, Production and Content teams.
- Independently manage fast-paced daily/BAU shoots as well as larger campaigns.
- Maintain strong visual quality, continuity and consistency across projects.
- Manage and coordinate camera, lighting and production equipment.




- Contribute creatively to the visual treatment of campaigns and content.

Requirements

- Agency or Production House experience is mandatory.
- 3–6 years of relevant DOP/Cinematography experience.
- Strong experience in short-form/social content as well as commercial/campaign shoots.
- Proficient with professional cameras, lenses, lighting and production equipment.
- Strong visual sense, composition and lighting skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight timelines.
- Ability to work independently as well as with larger production teams.
- Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory.
