- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of C&I; equipment in the Ash Handling Plant.

- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC/DCS-based control systems used for Ash Handling operations.

- Troubleshoot and maintain field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow and level transmitters/switches.

- Handle control valves, solenoid valves, actuators, switches, sensors and related instrumentation.

- Perform instrument calibration, testing and loop checking as required.

- Troubleshoot PLC panels, I/O modules, control panels, alarms, interlocks and trips.

- Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams during breakdown, shutdown and maintenance activities.

- Monitor C&I; equipment health and ensure maximum availability and reliability of the AHP control system.





- Identify recurring failures and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement activities.

- Maintain C&I; maintenance records, calibration reports, checklists and daily activity reports.

- Coordinate with OEM/service engineers and vendors whenever required.

- Ensure proper PTW, LOTO and plant safety procedures are followed during maintenance activities.

- Maintain critical C&I; spares and support inventory requirements.

- Work in coordination with the O&M; team for smooth and uninterrupted operation of the Ash Handling Plant.
