Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the organization’s IT strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and information management. The CIO will ensure technology is aligned with business objectives and drives efficiency, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organization’s IT and digital strategy.
- Lead IT infrastructure, systems, applications, cloud, and technology operations.
- Drive digital transformation, automation, and technology innovation.
- Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, IT risk, and business continuity.
- Manage IT budgets, technology investments, vendors, and contracts.
- Establish IT governance, policies, standards, and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
- Provide strategic technology advice to senior management and the Board.
- People management experience




- Should have experience in implementing training plans for the staff
- Should have experience in handling international clients and vendors
- Software project life cycle (SDLC) experience is important.
- Any of the project management tool expertise is must

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree/MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of IT experience, including significant leadership experience.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, enterprise systems, data, and IT governance.
- Proven experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and large-scale technology projects.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
