About Genovatech

Genovatech is building AI-powered SaaS that automates regulatory compliance for Food, Pharma and FMCG companies. We're bootstrapped, at demo stage, pre-revenue, with pilot conversations underway with enterprise clients.

The role

We're hiring a proven, senior marketing leader to build Genovatech's entire marketing function from the ground up — brand, demand generation, content, positioning, and eventually a team under them. This is full-stack ownership: set the strategy and execute it personally in the early months, then build and lead the function as we scale.

This isn't a typical first-marketing-hire role. We're deliberately investing at a senior level because getting positioning right in a genuinely new category — AI-native regulatory compliance — requires someone who's done this before.

What you'll work on

- Own marketing strategy and brand positioning in a category with no established playbook
- Build demand generation across B2B channels for enterprise food, pharma and FMCG buyers
- Own the narrative and content strategy that builds enterprise credibility
- Design go-to-market campaigns tied to real regulatory deadlines and buyer urgency
- Build pipeline in partnership with sales,



with direct accountability for marketing-sourced opportunities
- Hire and lead a marketing team as we scale
- Work directly with founders on product positioning and investor-facing narrative

What we're looking for 12-15

- years in marketing with full-funnel ownership — brand, demand gen, content and pipeline
- Prior experience as Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or similar senior leader at a B2B SaaS company
- Track record building marketing from near-zero — early-stage/startup experience strongly preferred
- Comfort with strategy and hands-on execution — no team to delegate to on day one
- Genuine fluency with modern AI marketing tools and buyer discovery trends
