We are seeking a seasoned business leader to lead the next phase of growth for a leading Textile & Microfiber Manufacturing Company.

About the Chance

Our client is an established textile and microfiber manufacturing company looking for a high-calibre CEO who can combine the professional discipline of a large organisation with the entrepreneurial mindset required to build and scale a consumer business.

The company is now looking to leverage its manufacturing capabilities to build higher-value consumer products, expand its D2C and multi-channel presence, and create sustainable, profitable growth.

What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

✔️ 20+ years of experience with significant business leadership exposure

✔️ Proven end-to-end P&L; ownership

✔️ Experience in consumer products / FMCG / lifestyle / textile / manufacturing / physical products

✔️ Demonstrated experience scaling a consumer, D2C or physical-products business

✔️ Ideally joined a business at <₹50 Cr revenue and scaled it to ₹150 Cr+

✔️ Minimum 3+ years of tenure during the growth journey

✔️ Strong understanding of D2C, distribution and multi-channel GTM

✔️ Experience across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain and inventory

✔️ Strong commercial understanding of gross margin, contribution margin, EBITDA and working capital

✔️ Proven ability to build and lead a strong second-line leadership team





✔️ Experience working with promoters, founders or family-owned businesses is preferred

✔️ Willingness to be substantially based in Delhi/NCR

? Critical Selection Criterion The most important requirement is demonstrable personal involvement in scaling a business.

Candidates should be able to clearly establish:

Revenue when joined → Revenue when exited → Tenure → Role → P&L; owned → Business Model → Team Managed → Revenue Growth → Margin/EBITDA Improvement

We will particularly value candidates who can substantiate their growth journey through company-reported, audited or independently verifiable numbers.

- Overall P&L;, strategy and business growth
- 3–5 year growth strategy with the promoters and Board
- Consumer product and category expansion
- D2C, modern trade, general trade and digital channels
- Revenue, profitability and market expansion
- Manufacturing and supply-chain efficiency
- Working capital and inventory optimisation
- Product, pricing and commercial strategy
- Organisation building and senior talent development
- Performance management, systems and governance
