Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time remote role responsible for setting the strategic direction of Hacking Pathshala and ensuring sustainable growth. The CEO will oversee daily operations, including program development, financial management, and resource allocation, while maintaining a strong focus on quality of training and learner experience. This role involves leading and mentoring the leadership team, building partnerships with certification bodies and industry partners, and driving sales and marketing initiatives to expand the organization’s reach.

The CEO will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets,



and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The position requires regular virtual collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen Hacking Pathshala’s brand and market presence.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and Business Planning skills to manage budgets, investments, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Proven experience in Operations Management to oversee day-to-day activities and improve organizational efficiency.
- Demonstrated capability in Strategic Planning to define vision, set priorities, and align teams with organizational goals.
- Sales experience, including developing revenue strategies, nurturing partnerships, and expanding market reach.
- Previous executive or senior leadership experience in education, IT training, or technology-related organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a remote, distributed environment.
- Ability to make data-informed decisions, drive change, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
