nRelevant work experience in a CA firm/professional services firm will be preferred. Fresher CAs with adequate articleship exposure are also welcome.

nRole & responsibilities

nThe selected candidate will be involved in assignments relating to:

n Transaction Advisory Services

nAudit & Assurance

n Due Diligence (Financial and Business)

nBusiness and Equity Valuations

n Financial Analysis and Modelling

nMIS and Management Reporting

n Financial and Business Advisory

nReview and analysis of financial statements and business performance

n Identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities

nPreparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables

n* Coordination with clients and internal teams for smooth execution of assignments

n

nPreferred candidate profile

n Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

nStrong understanding of accounting, finance, auditing, and financial analysis

n Good analytical and problem-solving skills

nProficiency in Basic softwares and Tech tools including AI platforms

n Good communication and report-writing skills

nAbility to independently handle assignments and work in a dynamic professional workplace





n* Willingness to learn and work across multiple domains and industries
