We are expanding our international Finance & Accounting team and are hiring 10 qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) in Hyderabad.

CA Freshers and candidates with 1+ year of experience are welcome to apply for this chance to work on US Accounting, US GAAP, financial reporting, compliance, and US IT Staffing finance operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for CAs who want to build a career in US accounting, financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and finance operations within the US IT Staffing industry.

The selected candidates will work closely with the finance and management teams and gain exposure to US clients, US staffing operations, US GAAP, financial reporting, payroll, billing, collections, consultant accounting, and cross-border business operations.

Role Highlights:

Key Responsibilities: US Accounting & US GAAP:

- Handle and support day-to-day accounting activities for US IT staffing operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting principles.
- Develop practical knowledge of US GAAP and its application to staffing and consulting businesses.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, provisions and adjustments.
- Analyze general ledger accounts and identify accounting discrepancies.
- Support preparation of balance sheet, profit & loss and cash-flow reporting.
- Assist with financial analysis, variance analysis and management reporting.
- Support accounting policies, internal controls and finance process improvements.

US IT Staffing Finance Operations: Gain hands-on exposure to finance operations specific to a US IT Staffing company, including:

- Consultant billing and invoicing.
- Client billing and accounts receivable.
- Vendor and subcontractor accounting.
- Accounts payable and payment processing.
- Consultant payroll-related accounting.
- Timesheet validation and billing reconciliation.
- Revenue and expense tracking by consultant/project.
- Gross margin and profitability analysis.
- Consultant-wise and client-wise profitability analysis.
- C2C, W2 and 1099 staffing concepts and their accounting implications.
- Tracking bill rates, pay rates, margins, and project profitability.
- Reconciliation of client invoices with consultant timesheets.
- Monitoring outstanding receivables and supporting collection activities.




- Vendor payment reconciliation and ageing analysis.
- Cash-flow monitoring and working-capital management.
- Intercompany transactions between US and India entities.

Payroll & Consultant Accounting:

- Support payroll accounting and payroll reconciliation.
- Review payroll-related reports and ensure accounting entries are accurate.
- Reconcile payroll, employee/consultant costs and related liabilities.
- Understand the financial impact of different consultant engagement models.
- Coordinate with HR/payroll teams for payroll-related accounting and reporting.
- Support reconciliation between payroll records, timesheets, invoices and general ledger.

US Tax & Compliance Exposure: The candidate will work with internal teams and external tax/accounting professionals on US compliance matters, including:

- Federal and state-level tax compliance coordination.
- US payroll tax concepts and reporting.
- Sales/use tax concepts applicable to staffing/service businesses where relevant.
- 1099-related reporting and vendor documentation.
- W-2 and 1099 reporting concepts.
- State registration and compliance coordination.
- Support preparation and review of information required by external US tax advisors/CPAs.
- Support annual tax filings, audits and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for US operations.

Note: The role involves coordination and accounting support for US tax matters; specialized US tax filings may be performed/reviewed by external US tax professionals. India Accounting & Statutory Compliance:

The candidate will also be responsible for or support Indian accounting and compliance activities for the India entity, including:

- Indian GAAP / Ind AS accounting exposure.
- GST accounting and reconciliation.
- GST return compliance coordination.
- TDS calculation, accounting and reconciliation.
- TDS return and certificate coordination.
- Income-tax compliance and tax audit support.
- Payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
- PF, ESI and other applicable payroll-related statutory compliance.
- Professional Tax and Labour Law compliance coordination, where applicable.
- Advance tax and tax provision support.
- Preparation of schedules and documentation for statutory audits.
- Coordination with statutory auditors, tax consultants and other qualified advisors.
- Maintenance of proper books of accounts and supporting documentation.

Audit & Internal Controls:

- Assist in statutory, internal and financial audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and respond to audit queries.
- Review financial processes and identify control gaps.
- Assist in implementing internal financial controls.
- Support reconciliation and verification of financial data.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Identify potential financial risks and escalate them to management.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.
- Perform monthly revenue, expense and profitability analysis.
- Analyze consultant-wise, client-wise and project-wise margins.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Track actuals against budgets and identify variances.
- Support cash-flow forecasting and working-capital analysis.
- Provide financial insights to management for business decisions.




- Assist in developing MIS reports and key financial KPIs.

US-India Cross-Border Finance:

- Understand the financial relationship between US and India operations.
- Support intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
- Assist with intercompany invoices and settlements.
- Support foreign currency transactions and reconciliations.
- Understand cross-border payment and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with US and India finance teams.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment for transactions between related entities.

Who Should Apply?
