Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Jodhpur.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, bookkeeping oversight, and preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Responsibilities include handling tax planning, direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements. The role involves reviewing and analyzing financial data, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to cash flow management and working capital optimization.

Accountant will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support audits, implement finance process improvements, and assist with ERP and finance automation initiatives. The position also requires maintaining accurate documentation, addressing queries from clients and authorities, and supporting strategic finance advisory as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong core accounting and finance skills, including financial statement preparation, general ledger management, and knowledge of Indian GAAP/IFRS.
- Experience in taxation and compliance, including direct and indirect taxes, statutory filings, regulatory adherence, and audit support.
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, Odoo) and familiarity with finance and business process automation tools.
- Ability to perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and management reporting for decision-making.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with founders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
- Qualified qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant post-qualification experience in corporate, startup, or consulting environments.
- Experience with ecommerce finance, reconciliations, and multi-entity or multi-country operations is an advantage.
- Comfort with working in a rapid-paced, growth-focused environment and willingness to contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
