Qualifications

- CA qualification with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance/Controllership

Responsibilities

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS

- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes

- Handle General Ledger, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations

- Prepare MIS, financial dashboards, KPI reports, and management reports

- Analyze financial performance, variances, profitability, and key business drivers

- Lead statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits

- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other regulations

- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies

- Prepare cash flow analysis,



budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reports

- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making

- Drive finance process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements

- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and finance system automation

- Leverage ERP and data analytics tools to improve reporting and financial decision-making

Skills

- Proficiency in Excel and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics
