key Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits of accounts, projects, land purchases, development expenses, and vendor payments.

Review financial transactions, vouchers, bills, approvals, and supporting documents.

Monitor project budgets versus actual expenditure.

Identify financial irregularities, control gaps, and audit risks.

Review contractor, vendor, and consultant payments.

Ensure proper accounting policies and financial controls are followed.

Coordinate statutory audits and tax-related compliance.

Review GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable compliances.

Prepare audit reports and management observations.

Track corrective actions and ensure closure of audit findings.

Review land purchase financial documentation and transaction controls.





Assist management in financial planning and risk assessment.

Develop SOPs for stronger internal controls and accountability.

Required Skills

Strong accounting and auditing knowledge.

Excellent analytical and financial review skills.

Knowledge of real estate accounting and project costing.

Understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.

Strong integrity and confidentiality.

Ability to independently identify risks and irregularities.

Qualification & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
