- Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L;, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Manage monthly closing and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, KPI analysis, and variance analysis for management.
- Perform financial analysis to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support financial due diligence for investments, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Provide deal advisory and transaction support, including financial analysis and presentations.
- Develop financial models for growth-stage startups and medium-sized companies.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, projections, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
- Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outputs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
- Solid expertise in preparing financial statements, monthly closing, MIS reporting, due diligence support, financial due diligence, deal advisory, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
