About the Role:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 1 - 2 years of post-qualification experience to join our team as Senior Associate.

This is a client-facing, high-ownership role suited to someone who wants to work across virtual controllership, investment and M&A; transaction advisory, and startup advisory.

Candidates with prior exposure to the manufacturing sector or strong working knowledge in inventory management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage virtual controllership assignments for clients (with focus in manufacturing sector), overseeing day-to-day finance operations, MIS reporting, and internal controls
- Support investment and M&A; transaction advisory, including due diligence, deal structuring, valuation support, and transaction documentation
- Provide advisory support to startups on financial planning, compliance,



fundraising readiness, and corporate structuring
- Independently lead client assignments end-to-end, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Stay current on income tax regulations, IGAAP, and GST developments, and apply them accurately in client deliverables

Must Have:

- Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong working knowledge of income tax regulations, GST and IGAAP
- Ability to lead assignments independently with minimal supervision
- Robust analytical and MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction

Preferred:

- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry or strong exposure to inventory management and costing
- Exposure to M&A;/transaction advisory, due diligence, or startup advisory
