Overview

Drive margin above set quota in support of the Annual Operating Plan. Work with distributors to engage and expand channels in assigned geographies, tracking primary and secondary sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales and Commercial Activities: Ensure order login as per company policy; liaise with logistics to track existing orders and update customers; review statements of accounts for channel partners and resolve discrepancies.
- Channel and Dealer Management: Increase trade market presence through effective channel management; identify and appoint new channels and dealers; drive additional revenue from existing network; ensure timely channel communications; support channels with retailing assistance; adhere to commercial requirements; appoint new retailers in assigned geography.
- Local Product Promotions: Execute local promotion plans per schedule and brand guidelines; conduct periodic meets with dealers, electrical contractors, and key influencers; drive trade visibility through signage, display boards, brochures, and price lists at channel and dealer counters.
- Identify and drive innovative ways to improve market share.

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE

- Minimum of 0+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
