Role Description The Chakki Flour Mill Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of flour milling units, ensuring consistent product quality and efficient production processes. This contract, involves coordinating milling activities, monitoring equipment performance, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules in alignment with company standards.

The manager will track production data, optimize mill settings, and collaborate with technical and support teams to address process issues and improve throughput. The role includes ensuring compliance with safety and food quality regulations, maintaining documentation, and providing regular performance reports to management. The manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives, assist with remote troubleshooting, and contribute to best practices for mill operation across client sites.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Milling skills,



with hands-on experience in managing flour mill or grain processing operations.
- Possess knowledge of chakki flour milling.
- Candidates should possess Process Improvement skills to optimize production workflows, reduce downtime, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including knowledge of food safety standards and quality assurance procedures in milling environments.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance and basic mechanical aptitude to plan and oversee maintenance of milling machinery and related equipment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Engineering, or a related technical field are beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in food processing are preferred.
