About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Centre Head to lead our team, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence. You will oversee daily clinic operations, manage financial targets (P&L;), and ensure our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business & Sales: Achieve monthly/yearly revenue targets, manage Centre P&L;, and execute sales strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage centre staff (Dieticians, Therapists, Stylists) to foster a high-performance culture.
- Customer Excellence: Maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS > 90%), handle inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Operations: Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, optimize appointment schedules, maintain hygiene standards, and manage inventory via Zenoti software.

Requirements:

- Experience:



Minimum 5 years of experience managing beauty clinics, wellness centers, hospitality, or service industry establishments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong sales leadership, financial/P&L; acumen, and excellent team management skills.
