Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and supervise the assigned kitchen section effectively.
- Prepare food items according to standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, temperature, and presentation of all food items.
- Maintain proper mise en place before and during service.
- Coordinate with Commis Chefs, Kitchen Helpers, and other team members.
- Monitor food preparation during service and ensure timely order completion.
- Check the quality and freshness of raw materials before use.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for food storage and ingredient usage.
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and date identification.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients required for the assigned section and inform the senior chef about shortages.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper utilization of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned workstation,



equipment, and kitchen area.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are used safely and properly.
- Support daily opening and closing kitchen procedures.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food items when required.
- Maintain proper coordination with the service team for smooth order execution.
- Handle guest requirements and special food requests as instructed by senior management.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff in preparation methods, hygiene, and work procedures.
- Report equipment issues, food-quality concerns, wastage, or operational problems to the Sous Chef / Executive Chef.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and instructions from management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
