At Growthmate, we work with consumer brands to scale their presence across Modern Trade and alternate Channels . The candidate will be planning champion & bridge between our clients and our internal teams.

This is not a typical internship where you just make reports or presentations.

We’re looking for a planning-oriented, sharp and proactive individual who enjoys working with data, communicating with people and making sure things actually get done.

What will you own?

You will work closely with the founders, clients and Growthmate's sales & operations teams to:

- Set up and manage weekly business review cadences with our brand partners
- Track sales performance, targets, distribution, current launches and key business priorities
- Prepare structured weekly/monthly business reviews, MIS and presentations
- Analyse data and identify gaps, opportunities and actions for the sales team
- Coordinate with clients on upcoming launches, promotions,



inventory, samples and business priorities
- Convert client discussions into clear action plans, owners and timelines
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure actions are executed and closed

Who are we looking for?Someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident interacting with clients and internal teams
- Has a strong planning and problem-solving mindset
- Is comfortable with numbers and business data

- Takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions

MBA/BBA/Commerce/Business graduates or final-year students would be a good fit, but attitude, communication and ownership matter more to us than the degree.
