About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Category/Catalogue Intern to join our e-commerce team. This internship is a great starting point for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of catalogue management, online merchandising, and e-commerce operations. You'll work closely with the Category team, gaining hands-on exposure to product listings, catalog audits, and platform tools like Shopify — building a strong foundation for a career in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and updating product catalogue listings across online platforms.
- Help ensure listings are accurate — checking product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the design team to upload and organize product images.
- Support regular catalog audits to check listing quality and adherence to platform standards.
- Assist with new product launches, including preparing listings and tracking go-live timelines.
- Help monitor catalog performance and compile basic data on visibility and conversions.
- Support order processing tasks, including tracking order status and flagging discrepancies.




- Assist in creating and maintaining reports using MS Excel.
- Get hands-on exposure to Shopify for product data, inventory, and order workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day catalog operations.

What We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- An eye for detail and solid organizational skills.
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, consumer behavior, and digital marketplaces.
- Willingness to learn tools like Shopify and other catalogue management platforms.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
