- A Casual Team Member in a café helps with day-to-day café operations and provides excellent customer service. Typical responsibilities include:

- Welcome customers and take food and beverage orders.

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold drinks, and basic food items.

- Operate the POS/cash register and process cash and card payments.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer requests politely.

- Keep tables, counters, kitchen areas, and equipment clean and hygienic.

- Restock food, beverages, packaging, and other café supplies.

- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.

- Support the team during busy periods and work efficiently under pressure.

- Assist with opening and closing the café, including cleaning and stock checks.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

- Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and skilled café environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
