Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Career Advisor to guide IT candidates throughout their job search and recruitment journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping job seekers, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct career counseling sessions with IT professionals to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Advise candidates on suitable job opportunities in the USA IT staffing market.
- Explain recruitment processes, job requirements, interview procedures, and employment opportunities.
- Assist candidates with resume improvement, profile positioning, and interview preparation.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates through calls, email, and messaging platforms.
- Coordinate with recruiters and sales teams to identify suitable job opportunities for candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates regarding job applications, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with IT professionals and support their career development.
- Meet assigned candidate engagement and placement support targets.





Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT job roles, recruitment, and the USA job market.
- Ability to counsel candidates professionally and handle multiple candidates.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and communication tools.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in career counseling, recruitment, staffing, customer service, or business development.
- Experience working with IT candidates or USA recruitment is an advantage.
