Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Education Counsellor (Sales) / Career Development Advisor to guide prospective learners in selecting suitable online education programs aligned with their academic and career goals.

The role combines consultative counselling, student advisory, lead conversion, and sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and persuasion skills, along with a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their educational and career aspirations.
- Provide explicit, accurate, and personalized guidance on online education programs, course structures, and career outcomes.
- Assist applicants throughout the complete enrolment process, from initial inquiry to final registration.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion and consultative selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners through timely follow-ups and personalized counselling.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and lead status using CRM tools.
- Handle student queries and objections professionally to support informed decision-making and enrolment.




- Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to improve outreach strategies and market knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and engaging learner experience.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Education, Psychology, Business, or Marketing preferred.
- 13 years of experience in sales, academic counselling, student advisory, or online higher education counselling.
- Experience in online degree counselling is preferred.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital education trends is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems such as LSQ, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
