Role & responsibilities

- Connect with working professionals through leads generated by the marketing team.

- Understand the candidate's career background, goals, challenges and requirements.

- Conduct effective counselling and consultative conversations with prospective clients.

- Explain Prime Pathway's career services and solutions in a clear and engaging manner.

- Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective clients.

- Handle questions, concerns and objections professionally.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects and move them through the sales funnel.

- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

- Achieve individual counselling, conversion and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with the Senior Consultant/concerned team members wherever required.

- Ensure a smooth experience for prospects throughout the counselling and conversion process.

Preferred candidate profile





- 1+ years of experience in career counselling, sales, B2C sales, inside sales, education counselling, recruitment or business development.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive listening and counselling abilities.

- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.

- Comfortable making calls and conducting conversations with working professionals.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

- Candidates with experience in career counselling or selling high-ticket services will be preferred.
