Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit schools and conduct engaging career guidance sessions for students of Classes 11 & 12.
- Deliver presentations on career options, courses, universities and higher-education opportunities in India and abroad.
- Identify interested students during school engagements and provide personalised one-to-one counselling.
- Conduct individual counselling sessions with students and parents, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Regularly follow up with students through phone calls, WhatsApp and virtual meetings.
- Understand each students academic profile, interests, career aspirations and higher-education goals.
- Guide students through course and university selection and relevant admission pathways.
- Maintain continuous engagement with students throughout their counselling journey.
- Maintain proper records of student interactions, counselling sessions and follow-ups.

• Build solid relationships with schools, students, parents and school leadership teams.
