Role Description The Captain will oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience during each shift.

Responsibilities include coordinating table allocations, supervising service staff, addressing guest requests and concerns, and maintaining overall service quality. The Captain will work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, as well as monitor cleanliness, presentation standards, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune District,



requiring hands-on leadership and an active presence on the floor throughout operating hours.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in hospitality or restaurant service, preferably in a supervisory or captain-level role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
- Solid understanding of basic restaurant operations, including order management, table service, and billing processes.
- Attention to detail in maintaining hygiene, safety, and presentation standards in guest areas.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
- Basic computer literacy for handling reservations, POS systems, and reporting; familiarity with hospitality software is an advantage.
- Relevant education or certification in hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory.
