Role Description The Campus Recruiter (Bulk Hiring) will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for large batches of early-career talent from colleges and universities. This full-time role is based on-site in Coimbatore and involves coordinating campus hiring drives, building relationships with placement cells, and promoting FACE Prep’s career opportunities to students and institutional partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning hiring events, screening applications, conducting initial interviews or assessments, and maintaining accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.





The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring targets, streamline selection processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

The Campus

Recruiter will continuously monitor hiring metrics, provide feedback to stakeholders, and support process improvements to achieve bulk hiring goals.

Qualifications

- Solid campus recruitment and bulk hiring skills, including experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and relationship-building with colleges, universities, and placement cells.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and present to large student groups.
- Organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple hiring drives and events simultaneously.
- Comfort with using applicant tracking systems, recruitment CRMs, and standard office productivity tools.
- Understanding of entry-level tech job roles and hiring trends in the IT and education sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specializations in HR, Business, or related fields are an advantage.
- Prior experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or training and placement roles is preferred.
