Role Description The Campus Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

The Campus

Manager will oversee day-to-day campus operations, coordinate training programs, and ensure smooth delivery of FACE Prep’s learning offerings to students. This role involves collaborating with faculty, trainers, and student representatives, managing schedules and logistics, and supporting placement-focused initiatives and events.

Manager will also address student and partner queries, maintain high standards of customer service,



and collect feedback to improve campus processes. The position requires proactive planning, clear communication, and the ability to create an engaging and professional learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and partners.
- Experience or demonstrated ability in Campus Management and Education-related coordination.
- Skills in Training facilitation or support, including organizing workshops, bootcamps, and academic sessions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate records of campus activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in education management, business, or related fields is an advantage.

- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on student outcomes and placement readiness.
- Proficiency in basic office software and digital communication tools; familiarity with edtech platforms is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving mindset, and a team-oriented approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
