Role & responsibilities :-
- Lead the Finance & Accounts function for the manufacturing unit.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and MIS.
- Monitor plant costing, profitability, inventory, and working capital.
- Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and internal financial controls.
- Partner with Plant Head and business teams to drive financial performance and cost optimization.
- Lead and mentor the unit finance team while ensuring process excellence
Preferred candidate profile:- CA (mandatory) with 12-15 years of experience in manufacturing or plant finance.
- Robust knowledge of budgeting, costing, FP&A;, financial reporting, GST, audits, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Advanced MS Excel.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive.
