Role Description The Business Research & Recruitment Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves conducting market and business research to support strategic decisions, including gathering data on competitors, customers, and industry trends. The intern will assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews,



and maintaining recruitment records.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing research summaries and reports, supporting HR documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet hiring and business objectives. The intern will work closely with the business and HR teams to ensure accurate insights and effective recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Market Research and Research skills for collecting, analyzing, and presenting business and industry data.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret findings, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective Communication and Writing abilities for reports, candidate communication, and internal collaboration.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with online research tools and job portals.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, or business analysis; prior internship or project experience in these areas is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, HR, Economics, or a related field.
