We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Quality Assurance Analyst to support the review and validation of business processes. The role involves checking that established procedures have been followed correctly, identifying abnormalities or process deviations, and escalating issues when required.

The successful candidate will receive full training and does not require specialized qualifications or industry experience. The primary focus is on attention to detail, logical thinking, and the ability to follow documented procedures accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate business processes to ensure they have been completed correctly.
- Verify supporting documentation,



records, and evidence attached to process transactions.
- Check tickets and workflow items within the service management system.
- Identify process deviations, anomalies, or missing information.
- Escalate and report any abnormalities rather than proceeding with incorrect processes.
- Review various business activities, including:
- Purchase order validations
- Process compliance checks
- Operational quality assurance activities
- Follow established procedures and work instructions accurately.
- Communicate findings clearly to team members and supervisors.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency when performing reviews.
