Role Description The Business Operations & Communication Intern will support daily operational activities and internal coordination across teams. This full time, on-site role is based in Kolkata and involves assisting with process documentation, data tracking, and basic business analysis to improve efficiency in the pet care ecosystem. The intern will help manage communication with partners and customers, draft clear internal and external messages, and contribute to service workflows and issue resolution.

Responsibilities may include preparing reports,



coordinating with customer service and marketing teams, and participating in cross-functional projects to ensure smooth operations. The intern will be expected to collaborate closely with team members, maintain accurate records, and proactively identify small improvements in business processes.

Qualifications

- Business Operations and Business Analysis skills, with the ability to understand workflows and support process improvement.
- English Honors students preferred**
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and contribute to operational reporting and decision-making.
- Robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service orientation, with an empathetic, solution-focused approach to partner and user interactions.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms).
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks responsibly.
- Interest in the pet care sector and willingness to learn about digital platforms and AI-driven products is an advantage.
