Roles & Responsibilities The Business Mentor at Grip Forum is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Act as a key point of guidance and support for the chapter leadership and associates

Coordinate effectively with the Chapter Leadership Team to ensure smooth chapter operations

Supervise and oversee chapter events, sessions,



and activities to ensure quality and alignment with GRIP objectives

Provide mentorship and skilled guidance to chapter associates for their personal and business growth

Ensure proper planning, execution, and follow-up of chapter meetings, events, and training programs

Maintain regular reporting and documentation of chapter activities and share updates with management

Attend chapter meetings, review sessions, and training programs as required

Support management in implementing organizational strategies at the chapter level

Qualifications
