Role DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. The intern will assist with maintaining operational trackers and reports, organizing business data, coordinating with internal teams, and following up on ongoing tasks. The role will also involve preparing basic reports, presentations, and documentation,



while supporting process improvement initiatives and ensuring operational records are maintained accurately.

This is a hands-on internship that will provide exposure to business operations, reporting, process management, and working with different teams in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working with data and reports.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of business processes and day-to-day operations.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with tools such as ERP, CRM, project management software, or ZOHO is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
