BUSINESS MANAGER – GeM

Driving Government Business. Delivering Growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and grow the company’s GeM business

Identify and pursue GeM tenders & business opportunities

Manage end-to-end bid preparation and submission

Drive order execution, delivery & closure

Build and maintain Government & Institutional client relationships

Ensure GeM compliance, documentation & timely submissions

Monitor sales pipeline, revenue, bids & conversion performance

Develop strategies to achieve business & revenue targets

KEY SKILLS

GeM Portal | Government Tenders | Bid Management | Business Development | Client Relationship Management | Negotiation | Business Growth

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Experience in GeM / Government Sales / Tender Management / Institutional Business Development with robust knowledge of government procurement processes.
